Closed Cell Foam insulation |

R7 per inch thickness. Density 2lbs./ft.3 This is our recommended insulation. Normal application in a 6 inch exterior wall is to spray 3 inches against the exterior wall and that leaves 3 inches for electrical plugs etc. between foam and drywall. This gives an R20 wall and an air barrier at the same time. If renovating an older home with 4 inch exterior walls, this is the only way to get to an R20 insulation as other methods will simply leave you cold.

ˇ Reduced Energy Consumption Ensures lower energy consumption, thus lower energy costs ˇ Comfort - High insulation value combined with air barrier system continuity enables Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems to perform to specification and keeps occupants more comfortable. ˇ Air tightness - Gap-free, airtight, monolithic envelope of low permeability that adheres tenaciously to virtually all surfaces, smooth or irregular ˇ Durability - Added protection against premature building deterioration. ˇ Structural Strength - Increase rack and shear resistance when sprayed onto gypsum board and vinyl siding and increased racking strength when sprayed on Oriented Strand Board (OSB) ˇ Quality assurance - Test performed during every job ensure high quality installation, simplified design and supervision, efficient use of time and material and faster project completion. ˇ Versatility - Can be used on ducts and various materials. ˇ Indoor air - Significantly improves the durability and climate ˇ Eco-efficiency - According to eco-efficiency analysis WalltiteŽ insulation/air barrier system has been proven to be more eco-efficient than conventional insulation/air barrier systems. |
